Room Setup In order to be more accessible to and interactive with your audience, Steve never speaks from a podium. If it's a small workshop of up to 25 people, a "U-shaped" audience configuration is preferred. If the group consists of 25 to 200 people, Steve recommends a crescent-round formation; and if this is not possible, a classroom style will suffice. When the amount of people attending exceeds 200, theater style seating is appropriate. In a larger room a wireless lavaliere microphone is important. Although these are the preferred arrangements, we will work with you to maximize your space. Audio Visual Requests (whenever possible) Steve usually uses audio-visual support.
Videotaping and Audio Recording Steve encourages the videotaping and/or audio recording of his speeches for the use of the attendees or the sponsoring organization. So long as the videos are not distributed beyond this group, there is not a fee to record the presentation. All we ask for is a copy of the presentation for our own records. |
