Lee Phillips is nationally recognized in the fields of business structure, asset protection, financial planning and estate planning. He is a counselor to the Supreme Court of the United States. His company, LegaLees Corporation, specializes in solving asset protection and tax problems for high net worth individuals. Lee is an engaging, dynamic speaker and has spoken to over a half million people throughout the United States, Canada and the Pacific Rim helping them understand the law and how to use it to make more money and protect their assets. His ability to present critical information in a clear entertaining manner has made him a highly sought after guest on hundreds of radio and television shows and at thousands of events. Lee Phillips has given over 3000 event presentations. His presentations will walk you through how to make money and how to keep it using the tools of wealth. Nobody ever gets rich without an understanding of the tools that create wealth and protect it. Lee splits his time between his two homes. His primary residence is on Siesta Key in the Blue Gulf of Mexico, but he grows fruit trees and a big vegetable garden in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. Lee enjoys a diverse life. After getting a Bachelor of Science degree, Lee began his career as a geologist doing geophysical research. Then he returned to Brigham Young University (BYU) on a full scholarship to get a master's degree in analytical nuclear chemistry, and he decided to go to law school at the same time. He got his masters in chemistry and his doctorate in law at BYU in a 4 year period. BYU's Law School is one of the nation's top 25 law schools and its chemistry department is nationally ranked as well. After graduating, he practiced law as a patent attorney and created a company that made the first supercritical fluid chromatographs. Lee then spent five years as both Assistant General Counsel and Associate Director of Research at BYU. He has held or now holds licenses in law, real estate, mortgage brokering, series 7 securities, life, health, and casualty insurance, and as a registered investment advisor. Lee Phillips has written 19 books and serves on the editorial boards of professional publications and has been a regular author for several magazines including Broker News and Physician's Money Digest. He loves to write books and magazine articles and news letters. His book, Trust Me, is a Time Warner Book-of-the-Month Club selection. His new book Guaranteed Millionaire, exposes the legal "loopholes" the rich use to make more money. |
