Audio Visual Requirements:

• Preferred audience seating is classroom style as opposed to smaller groups seated around individual tables.
• A full elevated stage as opposed to a smaller platform is desired so that Dan can move from side to side to engage the full audience.
• Dan’s programs rely heavily on Power Point. As such, his presentations are most effective when the projector can be set up for “rear screen” format. That way he can make full use of the stage without walking in front of the projected images.
• A lavaliere microphone is optimal as opposed to a handheld type.
• A separate professional sound system is preferred as opposed to the in house speaker system found in most hotel Ballrooms.
• Dan brings his own laptop with a wireless remote but will need a projector with a cable to connect to his DELL laptop and an electrical power outlet close to the projector.
• Dan will arrive the day before his presentation and will stay for as long as is requested following his presentation to answer questions and be available for comments or to autograph his books.

Please note that having detailed Dan’s preferences above, rest assured that he is very flexible. He can and has presented in every imaginable venue under a variety of conditions and assures you that your audience will be pleased regardless of the setting.
