Biography
Dan Norman helps Salespeople and Sales Managers increase sales production and shorten sales cycles. He does this by teaching them the actions and practices of the very best salespeople which have propelled them to the tops of their professions and keep them there.
Dan, the author of Top Ten Selling, has more than 25 years of experience in Senior Sales and General Management positions. He has built large and successful sales organizations for Fortune 100 companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. Most recently he was Vice President & General Manager over one of AT&T�s largest markets. Throughout his career Dan has hired, trained and developed thousands of sales representatives, hundreds of sales managers and has made a science of understanding their mindsets, actions, practices and motivation. His Keynote presentations and training programs detail how these superstars manage their activities, what they do to assure customer satisfaction and how they keep their customers buying from them on an ongoing basis.
Dan's own career in sales began in a logging camp high in the hills of North Georgia. Right out of college he was making his first sales call as a representative with Motorola. Locked in his car, dressed in a suit and surrounded by lumberjacks carrying chain saws, Dan was afraid to open his door. (Chainsaw massacre movies and all that !)
