W. Mitchell - Travel/Show Details

Travel Requirements:

Domestic Travel : $1,500.00 flat rate plus hotel accommodations
and any necessary ground transportation

International Travel: Travel One first class-airfare or two business class airfares, hotel accommodations and any necessary ground transportation.

 

Audio Visual Requirements:

A lavaliere/clip-on microphone works best. A ramp for wheelchair access to the stage/platform, and an unobstructed view of the audience also helps. Proper lighting with either a follow spot or stage lighting will help your audience get the greatest value from Mitchell's and other speakers' talks. Someone has said "an audience that can't see the speaker, can't hear the speaker." Our goal is to assist meeting planners in presenting a program with the most impact possible, and to allow the audience to get maximum advantage from the message delivered from the platform. Lighting is important and most hotel conference services staff can improve the lighting at no additional expense.
