Mike Frank is an author, and highly respected sales expert, sales trainer and one of the most honored and respected men in his field. Mike Frank has been honored to receive every award the National Speakers Association can bestow on it's members, plus, there is an award called the "Mike Frank Award" that is given to one outstanding speaker in the industry every year. From American Speakers Bureau: While Mike has received his fair share of "best ever" letters and evaluations, he prides himself on the majority of his client responses being "he really targeted what we wanted and needed." Mike's clients feel he is one of the most Versatile speakers available! His strength is "customizing" his message to the group he addresses. He likes to focus on your theme and adapt it to your organization...for 30 minutes, all day or anything in between. Mike has spoken to over 3,000 audiences in the United States, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Mexico. He has made several THOUSAND "cold-calls" and field sales presentations and has trained thousands of sales people. Mike has been featured in many highly successful corporate "in house" video tape training programs. Mike Frank worked his way up from salesman, to manager, to district manager, to regional manager, to national sales manager, to vice president of sales, of an international sales corporation.........within 4 years and before he was 26 years old. Mike was the 1980-81 President of the 3,500 member, National Speakers Association. In 1980, he received the CSP designation (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speaker's Association. Fewer than 6% of the membership has received this distinction. In 1990, Mike became the first and only speaker to receive both of the National Speakers Association's highest honors in the same year: 1) The CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame Award (Council of Peers Award for Excellence), presented to him by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (only 150 other speakers have received this prestigious award) 2) The CAVETT AWARD, the most cherished honor in the speaking industry. It is given to only one speaker each year. In 2004, Mike was a recipient of the "Legend of the Speaking Profession" award. Fewer than 50 speakers in the world have received this recognition. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PERSONAL ITEMS ABOUT MIKE: Grew up in Texas and Virginia, before going to college in Georgia. Graduated from the University of Georgia Was president of his high school fraternity AND college fraternity. Has been happily married to Colleen for 27 years....married on his birthday in 1980. He NEVER forgets his anniversary. He has a daughter who is a Physician's Assistant and who is married to a doctor. Mike has one son who is a lawyer. Mike loves country music, travel, movies, good food, good friends, sports, horseback riding, kids and animals. Has collected sports cards and memorabilia for many years.
